AqroSand is a mobile abrasive sand cleaning system designed for tank cleaning applications in waterjet cutting systems.


The system is specifically developed for the mobile removal of abrasive material and sediment from waterjet tanks, enabling efficient cleaning directly within the operational production environment.


Only a compressed air supply of 6 to 8.5 bar is required for operation. Under these conditions, the system operates reliably and safely within industrial processes.


The collected material can be transferred into Big Bags with a conveying capacity of up to 800 m³. Once filled, the bags can be safely removed from the process using a forklift.


The system operates with two diaphragm pumps. One hose line is placed inside the tank, while the filtered suction side is manually guided across the tank floor. This allows abrasive material to be collected in a controlled manner, similar to an industrial vacuum cleaning system.


AqroSand therefore provides a practical solution for regular tank cleaning, reduces machine downtime, and supports clean and stable system operation.
